2015 Coaches Symposium

The inaugural 2015 Coaches Symposium was a huge success. In attendance were 17 coaches representing Broward and Dade Counties. Glenn Stoutt gave a step by step presentation of the entire STEALTH Rating 5 Star Rating process and how it will benefit all of the student athletes that are ‘flying under the radar’. By taking the Head Coaches step by step through the entire system they began to see how STEALTH Rating put them in control of the entire Student Athlete Rating Process. It soon became clear to the Coaches that it would make an immediate impact on their student athletes when they began to understand the importance of their Character, Grades and Work Ethic and the effect it would have on them (positive or negative) during the recruiting process.

During the question and answer period there was fantastic input and dialogue. Coach Brandon Walker (Cooper City HS, Cooper City, FL) explained to the coaches in attendance the incredible transformation it has had on his team as well as the surprising positive consequences (and revelations) it has had on his relationship with his coaching staff that have been involved in the rating process.

Coach Lopez (Doral Senior HS, Dade County,FL) and Coach Rojas (Braddock HS, Dade County FL) made some great observations and asked how the rating affected student athletes that transferred from school to school multiple times.

During the 2 hour Symposium the Coaches ate wings provided by Wing’s Plus of Coral Springs.

Stay tuned for a Coaches Symposium to come to your location soon…
